The Lojan Flex Rigid Heddle Frame gives you an empty modular frame for building another heddle for your Lojan Flex Rigid Heddle Loom. Add Lojan Flex Rigid Heddle Sections in a single density or combine several densities to create a custom vari-dent setup.

The frame is sold empty, so you can choose the segment density and configuration that fit the yarn and project you want to weave.

Build the Heddle Your Project Needs

Lojan's modular system lets you configure the frame with rigid heddle sections ranging from 2.5 to 15 DPI. Use the same density across the full width for a consistent sett, or combine different densities within one frame for mixed yarns and vari-dent weaving.

The rigid heddle sections are sold separately and can be removed and rearranged when you want to change your setup.

Add a Second Rigid Heddle

The Lojan Flex Rigid Heddle Loom can use an additional rigid heddle. Pair this empty frame with a set of Lojan rigid heddle sections to build a second heddle for finer setts, additional pattern possibilities, or more advanced rigid heddle techniques.

You can configure both heddles with matching densities or build each one differently depending on your project.

  • 60/10 (15 DPI)

Each pack of sections covers 10 cm (approximately 4 inches) of weaving width. A full 12" frame requires 3 packs, while a full 20" frame requires 5 packs.
