About Our Products

Are your products all natural?

Yes! Our products are all natural silks, wools, and other fibers. We take pride in ethically sourcing the finest fibers and natural wood products from all over the world.

What's the best way to store my fiber?

We recommend storing your fiber in a safe place where it won't be moved or unnecessarily handled to prevent felting. We also recommend storing your fibers gently wrapped in clean paper, or other desiccant, to prevent mold, or other problems from ambient air moisture. Finally, we recommend storing your natural fibers, with cedar, or lavender, to prevent pesky moths from eating your fiber stash.

Is your packaging recyclable?

You bet! While we'd love to eliminate packaging from all of our products, there are still some products that require some help staying put. All packaging is 100% recyclable though, and is really the best way to store your fiber, or yarn until use to prevent felting, or snags.

Order Information

When will my order ship?

You can check the status of your current order on our Order Lookup page.  Items ordered are typically fulfilled the same day if ordered before 5pm Pacific Standard Time.  We unfortunately do not yet offer fulfillment outside the USA.  Questions about your order?  Please email sales@revolutionfibers.com and we'll help you right away.

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Orders $99+ to USA destinations ship FREE!  Orders under $99, to USA destinations, pay just $7 for shipping.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay!  We just ask that returned items be intact and in their original packaging.  You can return items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped.  *Spinning Wheels and Looms are not eligible for returns, but all vendors that we carry have an excellent warranties and customer support, so if anything is amiss, we'll work with you and the manufacturer to make it right.
