Here is a 8-shaft, 10 treadle loom you can easily take anywhere with you. The 18″ weaving width is ideal for workshops and for all those other narrow projects. Folding the loom to a depth of 19" for travel or storage is simple, and easily accomplished with or without the warp on it.
We’ve used the same sturdy X-frame and barrel-nut construction for our Wolf Pup looms as we use for our other Wolf looms. We also use many of the same components: steel hub friction brake, brake release foot pedal, aluminum harness channels, and an attached beater pin. The loom comes with stainless steel heddle bars and a stainless steel reed (choice of 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 or 20 dent), and 600 inserted eye heddles.
The Wolf Pup 8.10 features jacks and lamms, like its bigger siblings the Baby Wolf and Mighty Wolf, that allow shafts to be tied to any of its treadles, in whatever combination your weave structure requires.
Taller weavers might consider ordering the Wolf Pup 8.10 with height extender—it makes the loom 2″ taller, allowing more leg room.
